About me

I was born in Belgium in a family of painters. Child my eyes were trained in the world of pictures, the light of my homeland and my travels around the world.

Fluent in more than four languages, my work is inspired by this multiform culture. First working as a Model for City agency in Paris, where I developed my vocation as photographer being far more interested in what was happening behind the scenes as being photographed myself. I started working as an assistant in PIN-UP Studios in Paris, where I discovered famous photographers such as Peter Lindbergh, Paolo Roversi, Oliviero Toscani, Dominique Issermann, and the Irish Joe Gaffney, the master of Lighting Style. All of them have definitely expanded my sensibility and my vocation.

At this time, my personal style started to emerge with numbers of fashion shoots with celebrities: Serge Gainsbourg, Marion Cottilard, Emmanuelle Béart, Léa Drucker, Emma de Caunes, Mathilde Seigner, Fabrice Luchini and many more. I’ve been a photographer for many famous magazines: Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Corbis, Sygma and Condé-Nast Group. I have also worked with People, and fashion pages for European Editions of Vogue, in France, Germany, Italy, England, and Belgium.
